We are now open to the public for limited hours and capacity, as well as still hosting our popular private shopping appointments. Check out our store hours and/or how to book an appointment.

DoubleTake ATX public commitments:
  • We LAUNDER all of our apparel (unless it's recently dry cleaned) and sanitize our shoes and handbags.

  • We sanitize all high-touch areas throughout the day and before appointments (e.g., dressing rooms, service counter, etc.)

  • We will keep tried-on or returned apparel off the sales floor for 24-hour.

  • All staff, volunteers and customers will wear facial masks and gloves.

  • We ask customers to keep 6' distancing from staff and each other (unless currently quarantining with your guests.) 

  • We will have contactless payment transactions (cards only, NO CASH please) as well as a plexiglass barrier at register.

  • Finally, we will keep a list of customers in the event contact tracing is required in the future.
